At Quickly, we are committed to continuously enhancing our platform to better serve your business needs. In our latest release, scheduled for Tuesday, October 1, 2024, we’re introducing a key update that will improve payment management and align seamlessly with your accounting system.

What’s Changing?

Our new feature, Vendor Swaps for Early Payments, will introduce a Two-Bill System when an early payment is made to a supplier. Here’s what you’ll see moving forward:

  • Bill 1: A bill for the original supplier (as usual). This bill will now be labeled as "Paid."

  • Bill 2: A second bill for Quickly, reflecting the early payment made on your behalf.

You only need to pay the bill issued by Quickly, as this corresponds to the early payment we’ve processed for your supplier. This adjustment will bring more clarity and alignment between your accounting system and what you see in Quickly.

What Does This Mean for You?

  • Better Visibility: With this update, you’ll have a clear view of both your supplier payments and the payments owed to Quickly in an organized manner.

  • Streamlined Process: The introduction of the two-bill system simplifies the process of tracking and managing your financial commitments, making it easier than ever to stay on top of your payments.

This update is part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience with Quickly. By aligning your invoices with our platform, we’re helping to ensure greater accuracy, transparency, and ease in managing your payments.

What You Should Do Next

There’s no action required on your end! This change will automatically go live on October 1, 2024. If you have any questions or need further clarification, our support team is here to assist you.
