Steps to Access the Bills Section:
Go to Bills
From the left sidebar in your Quickly account, select Bills. This will open the main Bills section, where you can view, filter, and manage all your invoices.
Understanding the Bills Section Screen:
When you open the Bills section, you’ll see several key areas that help you monitor and manage your invoices:
Summary Cards
At the top of the screen, you’ll find summary cards that provide a snapshot of your bills:Pending Requests: Shows the total amount of early payment requests pending approval.
Due to Quickly: Displays the total amount due, broken down by payment timelines (e.g., next 7 days, 8-14 days, 15-30 days, and 31+ days), along with any potential savings.
Filter and Search Options
Below the summary cards, you’ll see search and filter options:Use the Search Bar to find specific bills by invoice number, customer name, or amount.
Use Filters to refine your view. For example:
Early Payment Requests: Shows invoices where early payment has been requested.
Due to Quickly: Filters for bills that are due through Quickly.
Invoice List
Each bill in the list displays the following details for easy reference:Total Amount and Open Balance: The total amount of the invoice and any remaining balance.
Customer Name: The vendor or company issuing the invoice.
Invoice Number and Issued Date: Helps identify and track individual invoices.
Estimated Payment Date: The scheduled payment date based on your pay cycles or approval.
Invoice Status and Actions
Status Indicators: Approved invoices have an "Approved" tag for easy identification.
More Options Menu: Click the three-dot menu on any invoice for additional actions, such as settling the bill.
Additional Tools
Sort Options: Adjust the order of your invoices by various criteria, such as due date or amount.
More Actions: Located at the top right, this menu provides access to further actions you may need for managing invoices.
