In the top left corner of your screen, click the "+" button; from here, you can choose to Add a new invoice or Upload an existing invoice.
Upload a New Invoice
Select a file
Select Upload invoice.
Choose existing file(s) from your device.
Confirm the details on the invoice you've uploaded, with the fields provided. You'll need to confirm the Invoice total, Issue date, Terms/due date, Invoice number, and if applicable, a Reference number.
Confirm your details: If you provided these details when signing up, the fields provided will be auto-filled. Quickly will ask that you complete any of the missing required information.
Select a client; In the field provided, begin typing to search for an existing client, or if none are found, create a new one. Add an Email address in the field provided. If the client is not found, we'll invite that client to join Quickly. Note: Your client will not be required to sign up to view your invoice, but in order to approve an early payment request, they will need to be a verified user.
Review and Send: The final step is to send your invoice. You may choose to send the invoice to your client with a request sent to Quicky to be paid earlier than your invoice due date. You may also send your invoice to your client without a request to be paid earlier than the due date.
To send an uploaded invoice without an early pay request, select Send Invoice on the bottom right of your screen.
Create a New Invoice:
Select Create a New Invoice
Fill Out Invoice Details:
Complete the fields provided: invoice total, issue date, due date, invoice number, and reference number.
Confirm Your Details:
Ensure your name, company name, email, phone number, and business address are correct.
Add a Client:
Search for an existing client or create a new one.
Add the client's email address.
Review and Send:
Select "Send invoice" to send without an early payment request.
To request early payment, check the box for terms and conditions, then select "Send and request early pay."
