How to View the Status of Your Invoice:
Access Your Invoice Dashboard:
Log in to your Quickly account and navigate to the "Invoices" section.
Locate the Invoice Status Field:
Each invoice will have a status field in the top right corner indicating its current state.
Understand Status Indicators:
Draft: Invoice is being created and has not been sent.
Sent: Invoice has been sent to the client.
Approved: Invoice has been approved by the client.
Declined: Invoice has been declined by the client.
Partially Paid - An invoice that has received payment not equaling the total amount due.
Paid: Payment has been made.
Factors Influencing Status Changes:
Client's Internal Processes: The time it takes for an invoice to move from Sent to Approved.
Bank's Payment Terms: The duration for the payment to be processed after approval.
By regularly checking the status field, you can stay informed about the progress of your invoices and ensure timely payments.
