Repay Quickly, submit payment, and record the transaction details in your accounting system using the “Push Repayment Entries” option.

Steps to Repay Quickly:

  1. Locate Invoices Owed to Quickly:

    • Go to the Bills page via the left-hand sidebar.

    • Use the Due to Quickly filter to find invoices payable to Quickly.

  2. Select Invoices to Pay:

    • Choose one or more invoices to repay. Selected invoices will appear with a black outline.

    • Click the Review button at the bottom of the screen to review the selected invoices.

  3. Submit Payment:

    • On the review page, select your payment method.

    • Click Submit Payment to complete the transaction.

  4. Record Payments in Your Accounting System:

    • Go back to the Bills page and locate the paid invoices.

    • Click the More Options (3 dots) menu on the paid invoice and select Push Repayment Entries to update your accounting system:

      • Marks the bill payable to Quickly as Paid.

      • Records discounts earned in selected accounts (e.g., "Revenue - Other").

      • Records fees incurred as Expenses (e.g., "Bank Charges").

How Repayments Work:

  • Clearing the Payable: The new bill created during the vendor swap is marked as paid.

  • Recording Financial Impact:

    • Discounts reduce the total payment amount and are recorded as income.

    • Fees are added to the total payment and recorded as expenses.
