Onboarding: Connect Your Accounting Software

This article guides you through connecting your accounting software to Quickly, allowing you to sync payments, bills, and transaction data.

Steps:

  1. Open the Connect Accounting Section
    In your Account Setup, go to Connect Accounting.


  2. Select Your Accounting Software
    Click Connect to choose your accounting software. Supported options include:

    • Sage 300

    • Sage Intacct

    • Dynamics 365

    • Freshbooks

    • Quickbooks Online

    • Sage Business Cloud

    • Oracle NetSuite

    • Wave

    • Xero


  3. Configure Transaction Settings

    • Toggle Automatically pull bills into Quickly if you want to automatically sync bills.

    • Customize additional settings, such as Vendor Swap, Payments, and Discounts, to fit your needs.

  4. Go Through the Steps and Click Continue
    Follow the prompts to connect your software. Once the connection is complete and settings are configured, click Continue to finalize.
