How to Integrate Quickly with Sage 300

Quickly integrates with Sage 300 through hh2, requiring support from our team to set up. The process involves completing forms, an onboarding call, and installing hh2 software on your Sage 300 server.

Steps to Integrate Sage 300 with Quickly:

  1. Contact Quickly Support

    • Once you select Sage 300 as your ERP, reach out to Quickly Support for assistance with the integration process.

  2. Complete Required Forms and Agreements

    • Quickly Support will work with you to:

      • Fill out the hh2 New Customer Signup Form.

      • Have your team sign hh2’s End User License Agreement (EULA)

    • Both steps are critical to authorize the integration process.

  3. Schedule the Installation Call

    • Once the forms are completed, Quickly Support will schedule a joint onboarding call with you, hh2, and your team.

    • This call typically takes 30–45 minutes and is scheduled 48–72 hours after the forms are submitted.

  4. Prepare for the Installation Call

    • During the call, hh2 will:

      • Lead the integration process and install their software on your Sage 300 server.

      • Require admin credentials for Sage 300.

    • hh2 recommends having both an IT representative and someone from your Accounting team present on the call.

  5. hh2 Completes the Installation

    • hh2 will install the required software and sync Sage 300 with Quickly.

    • After installation, hh2’s Integration Support Team will pass the necessary credentials to Quickly, finalizing the connection.

  6. Begin Using Quickly with Sage 300

    • Once the setup is complete, you can start using Quickly with your Sage 300 data for managing bills, invoices, and early payments.
