Configuration Guide: Integrating Quickly with Sage Intacct
Integrating Quickly with Sage Intacct is a straightforward process that enables you to streamline your financial operations and manage your cash flow more effectively. This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to set up the integration between Quickly and Sage Intacct.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have the necessary permissions to configure web services in Sage Intacct and access your Quickly account.
Step 1: Subscribe to Web Services
Add your company's Sender ID to Sage Intacct's allowed list
Access Sage Intacct Subscriptions:
Navigate to Company > Admin > Subscriptions in Sage Intacct.
Enable Web Services:
Scroll down until you find ‘Web Services’.
Enable this option to subscribe (this may already be enabled by default).
If you see a warning about additional charges, you can safely ignore it.
Step 2: Add Quickly’s Sender ID to Sage Intacct
Access Company Setup:
Go to Company > Setup > Company.
Edit Company Settings:
Click Edit to modify your company’s settings.
Add Quickly’s Sender ID:
Go to the Security tab.
In the Web Services authorizations section, click Add.
Enter the following details:
Sender ID: QuicklyMPP
Description: To allow Quickly Technologies Inc integration
Status: Active
Save the Configuration:
Click Save to finalize the changes.
Step 3: Create a User
Create a Role
Access Roles Management:
Navigate to Company > Admin > Roles.
Create a New Role:
Assign Permissions to the Role:
In the role’s subscriptions, enable the following permissions:

Save the Role:
Click Save to store the role with its assigned permissions.
Step 4: Create a Web Service User
Access Web Service Users:
Go to Company > Admin > Web Service Users.
Add a New Web Service User:
Click Add.
Fill out the following fields:
User ID: QuicklyInc
Account email address: Use the email address associated with your Quickly account.
Status: Active
User Type: Business
Create a Contact:
In the Contact Name field, click Add to create a contact.
Complete the required fields and save.
Assign the Role to the User:
Click on the Roles information tab.
Select the role you created in Step 3.
Save the User:
Click Save to create the Web Service User.
If you see a warning about additional charges, you can ignore it.
Keep the Password Secure:
The password for this user will be sent to the email address you specified. Make sure to store this password securely.
Setting Up Quickly
Log in to Your Quickly Account:
Use your credentials to log in to Quickly.
Access Integration Settings:
Connect Sage Intacct:
On the Integrations page, click Connect.
Select Sage Intacct.
Enter the following information:
Company ID
User ID
Password (received via email)
Follow the steps to authorize the connection.
Configure Integration Settings:
Once authorization is complete, you will be redirected back to Quickly.
Here, you can configure specific settings for the integration, such as selecting which accounts, entities, and data to sync.
