Settling early payments in Quickly allows you to efficiently manage your finances by paying your invoices ahead of the due date. This guide will walk you through the steps to settle your payments early using Quickly.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Log into the Quickly App
Step 2: Verify Your Bank Account
Ensure the bank account connected to Quickly is the one from which you want funds to be withdrawn. (This can be viewed by clicking on your initials in the bottom left corner of the screen).
Select "Banking" from the menu to view your connected bank account.
Step 3: Navigate to the Invoice Page
From the main menu, locate and click on the "Invoices" section at the top of the screen.
Step 4: Select the Invoice to Settle
Locate the invoice you would like to settle from the list.
Click the three-dot menu next to the invoice.
Select "Settle" from the dropdown options.
Step 5: Complete the Payment
You will be taken to the checkout screen.
Select your preferred payment method.
Click "Settle Payment" in the bottom right corner to complete the transaction.
Step 6: Repeat for Additional Invoices
Repeat the process for all invoices for which you have received payment.
