Steps:
Open the Invite Teammates Section
Click Invite Teammates on the left-hand sidebar in your Quickly account.
Send Invitations
Assign User Roles
Once teammates are invited, you can assign them roles to control their access levels within Quickly. User roles ensure that each team member has the appropriate permissions to perform their tasks. Here’s how to manage user roles:
Go to the Settings menu in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Click on the Team section to see a list of all team members.
Select a team member’s name and choose the appropriate role (Admin, Controller, Accountant, or Operator).
Save your changes.
